Hanif Parker

Director of Operations

Hanif Parker has a degree in Justice Studies from Rutgers University- Newark. He is a community organizer at heart. Hanif handles the day-to-day operations of F.O.R.T.E. House and resident concerns.


Roxanne Rosell

Executive Assistant

Roxanne is passionate about the advancement of women and girls impacted by the justice system. She manages development efforts and fundraising events.


Justin Wiggns

Communications Intern


Justin Wiggins is a lifelong resident of Newark NJ. He is currently a rising senior at Rutgers University- Newark where he will be receiving his degree in Public Administration/Non-profit in December 2020. Justin's passion is changing the lives of those marginalized by the criminal legal system for the better.
